CarDesignFetish.com Talks Detroit

Today at lunch Dali, Dustin and Arvind of Car Design Fetish joined me to talk cars. We spoke for about 30 minutes about Detroit, cars, and Local Motors.

I enjoyed the interview, and am therefore biased when I say that it is all worthwhile (but it is). I will tell you that the second half of our talk really gets down to the nitty gritty of what type of cars you should design for the Detroit Motors Competition.

During the interview we touched on Local Motors Service Commitment. I mistakenly quoted that Local Motors would travel 40 miles to pickup a vehicle for service, take it to the LM Micro-Factory for service then return it. The mistake was in the quote of 40 miles. We are planning to travel up to 2 hours to pick up and return vehicles. This may vary some.
